This release introduces exciting new features for Boards, additional options for Saved Filters, more customization for Tracking Plans, user experience enhancements for 3D Style pages, and more. Read on for details!

Enhancements

Boards Enhancements

  • Boards now support configuration options for Material and Style Colorway Level Fields. This allows you to display custom fields such as Colorway Marketing Names, Statuses, or NRF Codes.

  • Users can now draw arrows on Boards.

  • New alignment options make it easier to align two or more images.

  • Mac users can now use more intuitive keyboard shortcuts with the Command (CMD) key instead of the Control key.

  • When adding Styles, Materials, or Images to Boards, additional layout options, such as Grid Layouts (2x2, 3x2, etc.), simplify image arrangement.

Tracking Folder Enhancements

  • Default sort settings on Style and Material Plans now carry over to any configured Views in your Tracking Folder.

  • Form & Images and Form & Table Apps can now be configured for Tracking Views. This allows you to display fields from these apps in a view and attach images or files—especially useful for managing Lab Dips in Material Plans!

  • Tracking Folders now support up to 20 Views.

3D App Enhancement

  • Grids in Style 3D Mapping, Approvals, and Presentation areas now support batch editing, making bulk updates faster and easier.

Saved Filter Enhancement

  • Saved Filters now offer additional options to refine search results, including Not Include, Less Than, and Greater Than.

Changes

  • When using the new Tech Pack print layouts, the Style Number is now included in the file name.

  • Styles and Blocks no longer allow duplicate Size Class names.

  • The Size column in Style Attributes pages is now configurable, so you can rename it as needed.

  • The Style Group app now includes a printout option for adding to Tech Packs.

  • Hidden Style or Material Colorways no longer appear as options when adding to Boards.

  • Formatting updates improve clarity in Email Summaries.

  • New Print Options for the Color Folder allow you to configure which color-level fields are printed.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes hid the Change Log option for user security role permissions.

  • Fixed a rare issue that prevented some style attribute or header information from appearing in Tech Packs.

  • Resolved an issue that caused Bookmarked Pages in Tracking to not function correctly.

  • Fixed a bug that occasionally generated blank Excel exports in Tracking.

  • Resolved an issue where Email Summary task or message links were sometimes invalid.

  • Fixed a rare issue where Memo-type fields were incorrectly marked as required.

  • Resolved a margin issue on printouts in the classic Tech Pack format.
