Release 4.12

This release brings some great enhancements to the tracking folder, additional features for the Change Logs, improvements to Saved Filters, and more! Read on below for additional details.

Enhancements:

• Material Tracking Style Info: Style can now be added as a dimension in the Tracking Folder’s Material Plan area. Enabling this feature will allow you to easily see what styles are using a given material in tracking--even by material color! Lab Dippers rejoice! 🎨

• Quick Search within a Saved Filter: You can now use the Quick Search function while a Saved Filter is active, allowing you to further drill down into your saved filter to more easily find what you’re looking for.

• Mass Creating Images: Users can now specify a quantity when creating images, allowing you to mass-create images.

• Change Log Updates:

  • The Change Log feature is now permission-based, allowing Admins to specify which user permission groups should have access to view.

  • When Copying a style, the original style number will now be tracked in the change log.

  • When “Share by Default” pages are shared, the share action will now be tracked in the change log.

• Size Run Sample App: For the Size Run Sample app, we have introduced the ability to add multiple sizes at once, making it consistent with our Multi-Size Sample apps.

Changes:

• The Directory ID field in the Directory has been updated to support up to 50 characters.

• If a user attempts to push blank measurements from the Revised column in a sample app back to the Measurements app, they will be warned if all Revised values are blank.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed an issue that prevented the search feature from working in the Master Change Log area.

• Resolved an issue where, when swapping size ranges within a multi-size measurement app, POMs would swap as Linked, despite the Unlink by Default setting being turned on.

• Fixed an issue with batch-sharing in the Material folder’s List View that sometimes caused a delay in sharing.
