Below is a list of the minimum Hardware and Software requirements to access BeProduct.

Operating System:

  • Windows 7, Windows 8 or Windows 10

  • Mac OSX 10.12, 10.13 or 10.14 

Hardware:

  • Processor (CPU) with 2 gigahertz (GHz) frequency or above

  • A minimum of 4 GB of RAM

  • Monitor Resolution 1280 X 800 or higher

  • A minimum of 100 GB of available space on the hard disk

  • Internet connection with a speed of 20 Mbps or higher, and latency of 50ms or less

Browsers:

  • Chrome* 36+

  • Mozilla Firefox 31+

Browser Configuration:

  • JavaScript must be enabled

  • Cookies must be enabled.

Software:

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
