This release introduces several key enhancements designed to boost efficiency and streamline your workflows. Highlights include Default Filters for Tracking Views, enabling admins to narrow results with predefined criteria; Linked Image Support for Style and Material Colorways, providing seamless updates to colorway images; and Color Folder integration in the Illustrator Plugin, allowing users to access and apply color chips directly within Illustrator. Along with these, we've expanded integrations, improved printout layouts, and optimized 3D workflows.

Enhancements:

  • Default Filters for Tracking Views: Admins can now define default filters for Tracking Views, limiting results in a tracking plan to items matching the set criteria.

  • Copy To/Copy From for 3D Versions: Users can copy 3D Style versions between styles.

  • Linked Images Support for Style and Material Colorways: Colorway images in Style and Material Colorways can now link directly to images in the Image Folder.

  • Color Folder in AI Plugin: The latest Illustrator Plugin update allows users to access the BeProduct Color Folder directly within Illustrator. Users can drag and drop color chips from the BeProduct Color Library into an Illustrator artboard to easily add smart tags for creating colorways for styles or materials.

Changes:

  • Increased font size in the new printout formatting to 11pt for improved readability.

  • Added the “Is Not Equal To” option as a condition for Saved Filters and Subscriptions.

  • Introduced the “Select from BeProduct Sync” option when uploading 3D Materials, 3D Block Assets, and 3D Styles.

  • Thumbnails for styles, materials, and images are now visible in the Task grid area of the inbox.

  • Email notifications now include the sender company name for easier identification.

  • Added a Select All/Deselect All checkbox to quickly select or deselect attributes when choosing label information for Materials and Styles in boards.

  • Expanded currency options available in the currency type field.

  • Introduced a new printout layout for the Color Folder.

  • Added support for Browzwear 2024.2 in the headless server.

  • Optimized the rendering script to reduce errors when working with Browzwear 3D Files.

Bugs Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where certain columns were hidden when exporting tracking folders to Excel.

  • Resolved a bug where linked images in Image type apps didn't update properly with changes in the Image Folder.

  • Addressed a rare issue preventing API Events from being deleted in Tracking Folders.

  • Fixed a bug where Task replies appeared duplicated until the screen was refreshed.
