We’re excited to announce the latest update to BeProduct, packed with enhancements to streamline your workflow. From improved Colorway Pitching and milestone tracking to new customization options, this release brings increased efficiency and ease to your everyday tasks. 

Enhancements:

  • Added Color Reference configuration option to Colorway Pitching on Bill of Materials apps. This allows you to display color references such as ERP Color Codes to your colorway pitching area in the Bill of Materials app.

  • Color Reference field supported in custom Color Libraries, allowing for smoother integration of ERP color codes or other color sources.

  • Implemented ability to update size names even after blocks are used in styles.

  • Added the ability to override due dates in Tracking for milestones, making it easier to update milestone due dates without page-by-page batch updates.

  • Bookmark Page option added to Inbox, enabling users to set default pages (Tasks or Messages) instead of the Product Feed.

Changes:

  • Only active apps configured by Admin will appear when creating Tasks and Messages from the Inbox or via Batch Actions.

  • Minor UI improvements for field attribute consistency in the Admin Folder when configuring tracking folders.

  • Page names are now listed alphabetically when creating Tasks and Messages via Inbox or Batch Actions.

  • Size names in size ranges can now be updated in the Blocks folder, even when the block is in use in styles.

  • Added a "Move" button in Bill of Materials to simplify working with multiple materials.

  • Swapping materials in Bill of Materials no longer requires typing "SWAP"; users can now simply confirm by clicking the swap button.

  • Renaming of Color Number and Color Name fields is now possible in material and style colorway dimensions within the Admin Folder.

  • Increased the Size Range limit in size classes to 120 (up from 40).

  • Increased the maximum number of sample request submissions in Sample Request apps to 15.

  • Implemented new tech pack format support for Request Level apps when generating tech packs from the tracking folder.

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a synchronization issue when changing a Request Level app’s name, which caused tracking views to appear blank.

  • Resolved an image update issue in Boards when changing positions.

  • Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented all materials from being added to the Bill of Materials app.

  • Resolved a bug preventing links to Request Level apps in Tasks and Messages from working properly.

  • Fixed synchronization issues for partner names and partner types in Partner Dropdowns.
